WHO WE ARE

The DeliverPart mobile application (“we”, “our” or “us”) is operated by Instapart Portal. We collect and process your personal information so that we may:

• help direct you to products and services which may be of interest to you; and
• contact you with information, offers, suggestions and recommendations of products and services which may be of interest to you.

Where we use “our app” in this privacy notice, we mean DeliverPart mobile application.

Each time you use our app, we may automatically collect information about you and the device you are using, including:

• information about your device, including device token id
• logs of usage and errors.

We also collect any information you provide to us directly by filling in forms or submitting details through our app.

If you sign in, we may also collect:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your telephone number.

We collect the information you provide to us directly via the app.

Why do we need your information?

• To direct you to products and/or services which may be of interest to you;
• To contact you via SMS or email with offers and recommendations;
• To contact you about products and/or services in which you have expressed an interest.

Who do we share your information with?

We may share your information with affiliates, subsidiaries, and carefully selected third parties who provide products or services necessary for us to serve you.

We also use analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics for Firebase) to help us understand app usage and improve our services. All analytics data is anonymised where possible.

Where is your information stored?

Your information is stored on secure servers and systems in regions where Instapart Portal operates.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but please note that transmission over the internet and mobile networks is not completely secure.

How long do we keep your information for?

We only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with services and meet legal obligations.

Do we carry out profiling and automated decision making?

We use analytics to understand usage behaviour and improve the app. We do not make decisions about you solely based on automated processing without human involvement.

• Request corrections to ensure information is accurate and up to date;
• Request deletion of your information (“right to be forgotten”);
